Grievance Policy & Overview
Our commitment is to transparency. We ensure all learners have a safe, supportive environment to voice concerns. This policy outlines how we handle feedback and ensure every voice is heard with respect and professional care.

Step-by-Step Resolution
01
Talk with Person Involved
Many concerns can be resolved quickly through direct conversation. Students are encouraged to first raise the issue with the instructor or staff member most directly involved. If that is not appropriate or does not resolve the matter, the student may file a formal complaint as described below. A conference at this step is not required before filing a formal written complaint.
02
Formal Review Process
A student may file a formal complaint in writing with the School Director (Executive Director of Academic Programs). Upon receipt of a written complaint, the institution will:
-
conduct a review of the concern;
-
take appropriate action based on the findings; and
-
provide a written response to the student within ten (10) business days of receipt of the complaint.
All formal complaints and resolutions will be documented and maintained in institutional records.
03
